The hotel rooms were very warm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep despite a cozy bed and lovely bedroom. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the North York Moors and Whitby area. The dining experience was good, with clean and comfortable settings. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected.
